The “Get a Chance to win SMM-OWX for your company and a Sharp TV for you by completing our survey” (Campaign) is sponsored by Sharp MEA (“Sponsor”). This campaign is governed by these terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”). Entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by Sponsor.
By participating, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to automatically include his/her details into a database.Each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use his/her name, likeness, photograph, and/or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration. The winner shall be announced through Sharp Business Solutions MEA’s Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter page.
PRIZE. Two (2) winners of SMM-OWX and Sharp TVs shall be chosen through our WINNER SELECTION process.
1.) 1st Winner: Three (3) units of SMM-OWX for entrant’s company and a Sharp 60-inch TV as personal prize for the entrant
2.) 2nd Winner: Two (2) units of SMM-OWX for entrant’s company and a Sharp 50-inch TV as personal prize for the entrant
CAMPAIGN PERIOD. The Campaign begins on 01 March, 2018, 12:00 noon (GST) and ends on 15 April, 2018, 12:00 noon (GST)(“Campaign Period”). All entries must be received on or before the time stated during that Campaign period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.
ELIGIBILITY. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.The Campaign is open to legal residents of the United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Morocco and South Africa who have Internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Campaign Period.
- Sharp employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the campaign.

HOW TO ENTER. Eligible entrants must complete the online survey [here] which shall be automatically logged in our database.
WINNER SELECTION.The winners will be randomly chosen through a draw in the Last week of April 2018.
PRIZE CLAIMING. Winner is required to produce a Proof of Identify during or prior to prize redemption for purposes of verification. The only forms of Proof of Identity accepted by the Sponsor are as follows: Country Identity card/passport/Driver’s license. A failure to provide any Proof of Identity and/or any discrepancy found in the identification and verification of the Contestant entitles the Sponsor to disqualify Contestant/Winner. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Terms & Conditions associated with the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted.
The prizes will be available for collection by the winner/s from sponsor’s office located in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE. The prize/s should be claimed within 30 days of announcement of the winners through sponsor’s social media channels, failing which the winner foregoes the prize and any subsequent claims. Sponsor at its sole discretion may allow the winner to claim the prize through sponsor’s authorized partner in the country of residence of the winner.
ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Campaign, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Campaign cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the campaign.
